This 1920s building was a former auto repair shop. CMS Consolidated,
Inc. transformed it into a stunning showplace for a commercial real estate firm. The space was rehabbed to incorporate offices,
restroom, kitchen, and conference room. CMS received the First Place, 2005 Remodeling Excellence Award from NARI for this
renovation.
